Group Airport Shuttle
MCI Pickups for Groups up to 22
Flying in as a group? One bus picks up everyone at Kansas City International and gets you where you're headed together.
Overview
How Airport Pickup Works
Red Machine is the group airport shuttle Kansas City travelers can book when one car won't cut it. We pick up and drop off at Kansas City International Airport (MCI) for groups up to 22, so your whole crew leaves the airport together.
It's a good fit for wedding parties, sports teams, family reunions and work groups. Everyone rides together, so nobody waits on separate rideshares, splits the bill five ways or gets lost on the way to the hotel.
Tell us your flight details, group size and how much luggage you're bringing. We'll plan the pickup and the drop-off, whether that's a hotel, a venue or your front door. Need a ride back to MCI at the end of the trip? Book both directions at once.
