This taco tour and tailgate FAQ covers the questions riders ask us most. If you are booking a seat on the KCK Taco Trail or a Chiefs tailgate, start with the short answers below.
The basics are easy. Both buses carry 16 to 22 guests with 40" flat-screen TVs, big sound systems and coolers. Every trip is BYOB. Taco tours board at the Hilton Garden Inn lobby in Kansas City, KS. Chiefs tailgates pick up at the Hilton or at Double Tap in the River Market.

Private Rental FAQs
Private rentals work a little differently from public seats. You get the whole bus for your group, and the price depends on your date, timing and route. Groups book us for private taco tours, tailgates, concerts, winery days, airport runs and family celebrations.

Taco Tours
How much is a Taco Trail seat?
$39.99 per rider for the public KCK Taco Trail Bus Tour.
What happens on a taco tour?
We visit 4 of KCK's 67 taquerias, you get one taco at each stop and you judge every taco. Drinks are on the bus between stops.
When do taco tours run?
Tuesdays. Board at 5:30 PM in the Hilton Garden Inn lobby, tour from 5:35 to 7:30 PM and drop off around 8:15 PM.
Is the theme the same every week?
No. Each week has a new theme, like Best of the Best mixed tacos or a Carnitas night.
Do you sell gift cards?
Yes. Gift cards run from $36 to $135.
Tailgating
What does a Chiefs tailgate seat include?
For $69.99 you get a round-trip ride, a covered tent with side walls near Lot J, heaters, music, tailgate games, coffee, hot chocolate and charging outlets.
Is food included?
Food is a $15 add-on from rotating local caterers, with the menu announced weeks ahead. Game-ticket holders can also buy Just Tailgate Food for $15.
Can kids come?
Yes. Tailgates are rated PG-13, and supervised kids are welcome.
What is the refund policy?
Tailgate seats have a 7-day return policy. No refunds within 7 days of the event.
When do we head into the stadium?
Gates open about 1.5 hours before kickoff, and the group heads in about an hour before kickoff.
Transportation
Where do I get picked up?
Hilton Garden Inn, 520 Minnesota Ave, Kansas City, KS (free parking across the street), or Double Tap, 310 Oak St in the River Market.
Can I bring my own drinks?
Yes. Every ride is BYOB with coolers on board. Tailgate riders can reserve coolers with drink packages from Double Tap.
Do you offer airport and college game day rides?
Yes. Airport runs to MCI and rides to KU, K-State and Mizzou games are available by quote.
Private Events
How many guests fit on a private bus?
Each bus carries 16 to 22 guests.
How much does a private rental cost?
