Overview
Events We Drive For
Red Machine is private event transportation Kansas City groups can count on, door-to-door. Book one of our two buses for 16–22 guests and we'll plan the stops around your day, so everyone shows up together and on time.
Every bus has 40-inch TVs, a big sound system and coolers. Bring your own playlist and drinks. It's BYOB. Your group gets the whole bus, so the ride feels like part of the celebration instead of a chore.
We drive for weddings, birthdays, family reunions, quinceañeras, team trips and airport runs to MCI. Out-of-town guests can also ask about discounted rooms at Hilton Garden Inn in Kansas City, KS. Pick an event below or send us your plan, and we'll build a quote around it.
